死刑廃止と考えるのは自由だが、その理論に自信があるなら、せっかく政権与党にいるんだから、
法律上も死刑を無くすか、せめて引用してる刑訴のこの６ヶ月条項を無くすべき政策論議をする
のが筋だろ。
それを、勝手な自分の思想で違法を承知で執行しないままにするのは、職務怠慢の誹りを
免れない。
